There used to be a good bit from a Barstool Sports interview of the Hodge twins that's apparently lost forever but it was about how 10s know they're 10s so they expect to be pampered and treat you like you're lucky to be with them and it just isn't worth the effort, meanwhile plain / ugly girls are happy to be with you and pull their weight in the relationship. I still think about it like a decade later because it's been accurate to my experience and I'm not really doing it justice but the short answer is yes.
