I'm thinking of seeing one because reasons. For anyone who has see one or is seeing one is it worth it?

No just use the farms as a personal diary

I don't like them because it is hard to find a good one, and a lot of the time they just nod and don't care, put their own agendas on you, or you two just don't mesh well. BUT if you find a good one, they are super helpful. Consider therapy if you can keep these in mind. Don't be too vunerable, if you think the therapist you have is not helpful, don't be afraid to look elsewhere. You can find other means to help yourself mentally too in case you feel discouraged by therapy. Good luck OP. Please make sure you see an affordable therapist too, otherwise you would be sad you're broke!

I can't afford therapy right now, and I need it. So I use Teal Swan's videos instead. Highly recommend.

If I were you I wouldn't go to any regular psychotherapist. Biggest waste of time and money, in my experience. Find a therapy modality that will help you target the problem you're looking to solve. For me, that'd be a therapist specializing in parts work, for example. But there are lots and lots of different emotional / psychological therapy modalities that are incredibly helpful.

Other than that, and to second what someone else said here, meditation is just a very helpful thing to do every day. Not just for any particular problem, even if you're perfectly fine on all levels, meditation just makes your life a lot better. If you're not already doing that, start with just 5 minutes a day, alongside whatever therapy you may decide to take on (if you do).
