Should Autists be allowed to use the Internet?

Personally I would say no or it should be severely restricted because they will troon out or go insane. Obviously the Internet affects retards differently than normal people and while high-functioning autistics (basically normal people) are probably fine the lower functioning ones are in danger of becoming furries or something.
