Anime-Zap is allegedly another Kopf con and Chuck Huber is attending as a guest right now (Jan 3 - Jan 5).

Jinnie's friendship with Chris Slatosch is also a sticking point, because he allegedly harassed Dominique Skye at Kameha Con. Jinnie said she would be presenting a panel with Chris at ConvoCon, a convention which is also happening right now (Jan 3 - Jan 5).

The CONversation (aka ConvoCon) is a three day conference for fan event organizers, staffers, and related businesses and organizations.

Ken was one of the founding members of Jamie Marchi's KickVic support Discord, along with Dominique Skye. It looks like they are done with Jinnie. Dominique Skye is obviously going to be anti-Jinnie, she made a 40-tweet victim impact statement about what Chris Slatosch had done to her.

I'm suddenly reminded of this music venue I would go to/play at in my home town, where the guy running it always got criticism for not serving alcohol. When asked about it he initially gave the logical responses of like "you have to go up a flight of narrow stairs to get into the venue, we'd have lawsuits up the ass." Eventually he got so sick of the criticisms and said "if you can run a venue better than I can, then do it." Well no one could run a venue better than he could. Any in town that'd open and have booze as a selling point they'd close in a year because he knew how to run a fucking business, even when faced with public backlash constantly.

As it turns out he wasn't actually able to be held liable if people fell down those stairs. He knew that. The real reason why is because he just hated alcohol and it was a moral point of his. When he finally closed that business is when he told everyone he actually just didn't like alcohol. Ironically it was closed because it was no longer profitable. I personally think it had more to do with that the town just didn't recover well from the 2008 financial crash, and the following break up of all the Labor Unions in the state.

Where I'm going with this is that anyone can have stupid ideas and moral hangups on running a business, but they still treated it like a fucking business first and just worked around those principles. Did he try and ban booze at other places? Hell no. He just ran his venue, and ran it well, and didn't for a moment try and underhandedly fuck others or virtue signal as he did it.

Y'all realize she can expose you too right? Just because you're ganging up on her doesn't mean it eliminates the receipts she may or may not have regarding Vic and the lawsuit and ultimately what led to her submitting an affidavit.

You know what? It might have been a moral point to him, but I can see maybe just not wanting to deal with extremely drunk people. Oh sure he might not have been held liable, but that would have just been extra work. Not to mention potentially having issues with teenagers trying to obtain it and just a whole host of issues that would come with it. Sure he might have thought about his morals first, but at least he did not have to read in the paper of someone dying from a car crash due to intoxication that he just talked to at his event and had a few drinks.

TLDR: alcohol adds a host of issues of problems at these events. If he aint comfortable dealing with drunks, then best not to.
 
Shane throwing his lot in with manjaw is perfect, she never rose to a prominent position at a con and her only true clout is harassment campaigns on twitter. Jawjaw will only see his convention fail and then they'll have a slapfight on twitter before Shane is buried in twitter receipts while remaining broke. At least with McAnus there's a shot at doing business and at the very least keeping keeping solid ties to people in the con scene.

I've rubbed my hands raw in glee watching this unfold.

I doubt she will because Manjaw would just claim to be a victim. Shane would claim evidence of a corrupt industry. Outing them as conspirators against Vic would screw up a lot of stuff.

Jinnie probably doesn't have a good social card to play. Just block Shane's consent con from getting any traction.
 
I thought Shane made all of this money. Why doesn't he have any business acumen? Is it because his IQ is less than the size of the shoes he eats? Like dude, we knew your convention was going to fail before it even started, now we're just getting confirmation.

I think his old con page actually listed Funimation as a sponsor. But that could mean anything. Including just getting DVD/BDs for the viewing room, badge laynards, etc. It's not uncommon for a con to get token industry support.

The easiest way to tell what someone truly is is what they do. Example: find me one successful, multi-millionaire entrepreneur that would have the time or inclination to get on this site, never actually backing up their arguments or providing receipts, and using weak-ass insults when called on their bullshit. Find me one successful multi-millionaire entrepreneur that would post a picture of their home address online, inviting people to come fight them.

Whether the income stream is legal or not, actually successful business people don't waste their time with the shit Shane does. You don't have to take my word for it. Ask any of them what their day is like. You'll see it's vastly different than you might think, and certainly nothing like that child grooming pedo's day.

They're both people who will put business before fee-fees. Jinnie tried playing to feelings because she's a woman and women tend to try to have empathy for others especially with #MeToo, which is why it got weaponized in such a manner.

But you get burned by emotion and it's back to business. Jinnie has enough power to rock the boat if she really wanted to. Shane and Manjaw don't have as much pull as they seem to believe they do.
They both only got attention because of Vic. Every other door is closed for them. Shane falsely assumes that his Twitter power means he can bring that same power to a convention.

Manjaw thinks she can throw her words around. What she doesn't realize is picking and choosing who to throw under the bus looks suspicious. Besides, she doesn't have enough appearance power.

In the simplest terms, if a person cannot draw the same reaction by saying what they want to say on Twitter in public, then they certainly aren't going to be able to achieve anything else.

Dominique was trespassing on con property because she didn't have a valid badge. She snuck in to cause trouble and wiggle her fat ass for the cameras. Ergo, she was told to leave. I don't even think she was escorted off the property. That's one of those situations at a con where escalation is gradual. Eventually, it could have ended with a call to the police, or summoning any LEOs posted at the convention center.

If anybody believes this claim of harassment is anything more than to deflect attention from that, they are too stupid to remain part of the gene pool. I hope they kill themselves.

Furthermore, she is a dumb bitch of the first order if she's gonna run with that narrative after what happened. A smart person would simply recognize they got caught and shut the fuck up.

I still think Manjawlo is a subhuman that should be euthanized, it's just too funny how she behaves like a rabid animal to people who accomodate her, like Jinnie and Chuck. Jinnie deserves all of that and she really is two faced. If you want to hang with everybody, you'll end up being hated by everyone.
