How many trips to the same store did that person make? At least 10, I'll bet, because you can't have a bag that full without attracting some attention. Also, I love this reblog for throwing a bit of racism into the mix.
 
Selling makeup on amazon and ebay isn't easy. A lot of companies will accuse you of selling fakes even with no proof, and ebay yanks the listings. Amazon requires you to provide certain proof before selling makeup. Looking at this, I understand some of their policies a little better now.

So long as you get off a few before they do, you're fine. People do all kinds of sneaky things to avoid other trademark problems.

I know one major item sold pretty often was razor blades, also usually stolen.

Perhaps they've tightened up some since a couple years ago. Or maybe the thieves have moved to more rinky-dink sites. But I don't think they'd bother stealing in these amounts if they couldn't get rid of the stuff somehow. Maybe some are kleptos who just can't control themselves, but at least some of these people are doing it for profit.

perhaps they lift 10 year supplied of makeup at a time so that they will never need to buy makeup in their 20s (I am a male who doesn't wear makeup so I have no idea how much is actually consumed with each application)

Makeup actually expires after a while, so it definitely wouldn't last that long.

They boost on Poshmark now. It's a pretty easy to use app where you can sell "used!" stuff and it's gotten pretty obvious you're buying fake or stolen stuff.

I just can't even imagine...like the level of discomfort...how could she even stand to have all of that inside of her for even a millisecond? The mind truly boggles. I'm pretty sure my vag clenched the entire time I read that article. There's not enough "horrifying" ratings in the world to describe how I feel about it.
