Combination of things. It's China and fucking Biden putting retarded rules on DEXs in his infrastructure bill they have zero ability to follow.

That last one I think is getting priced in though. Sure, the US now requires a DEX to make reports, but report what? And how? The IRS is going to get an excel spreadsheet of nothing but letters and numbers. They were pretty much warned the reporting provision was beyond retarded because there is no way to carry it out.

China is the wildcard though. There are a ton of lies on that front. Both from the Chinese government and the Western Banks.

Not really, They're urging for the Evergrande founder to pay off the debt with his own wealth because China likes to act how a serious country would act. Also, China works in the way that they lease corps land to build property on, Contract length can be upwards of 99 years, Probably will be less if you're not Chinese or Rich, there's a clause though. At any point They can and will take back any land that's been leased out to corps for any reason they feel like. They do this because their economy Model is Chinese for the Chinese. Not Jews looking out for themselves and their Friends scamming governments and normal people in the process. They'll take back the land and the new properties from them regardless and leave them with the bill, they want to be polite before using force.
