I like Binance, don't know how quick it is to setup these days though - I made most of my exchange accounts back in the day when all you needed was an email, password and extremely basic personal information.

IIRC, they suddenly went on maintenance last time it had a massive gain a few weeks back too. Needless to say I'll be switching what trader app I use after this bullshit.
