I think Felix's teammate was in the blue car and got sniped the guy pewdiepie is shooting at. The guy Felix is shooting at realizes that hes outgunned and has lost. Yes, you can poison npcs with apples. Or in a case of one Dark Brotherhood guy garlic. They will pick up food laying on the tables and eat it or you can just snuck one into their pockets by pickpocketing. Oblivion is very fun. Play it, just get a leveling mod.
