While I'm not going to knock the people who are going through and picking up trash, it's sure as shit not "rebuilding," and it does very little to help someone who just had their business broken into, looted, and burned.

I doubt many of the smaller businesses even have insurance for it and of course after a riot insurance prices go up. Shane wouldn't know this because he doesn't own a business or even work for that matter.
