All of it. Think about it.
Vic was lightning in a jar. The only reason any of the allegations have weight is because the defendants were coworkers. Shane came out of nowhere to tell at Nick about contracts. The lull while waiting for appeals is going to wear away at Shane's relevance. Or worse, shit gets overturned on appeals and Shane is revealed to be either a liar or ignorant about the situation.
So he turns on Jinnie McManus because... Reasons? "She did some shady shit." Did she now? But Jinnie isn't a celebrity. She's just some rando that Shane and Manjaw decided to go after. But this time none of Jinnie's former clients came out against her. It is just emails of petty shit that no one has thought about in years.
And the optics of that fight appears to be that Shane lost. He invited some VA that was "background character #3" to his convention. Then he cancels the convention. I mean, if he "won" there should be some big names coming to it, not the whole thing folding.
To distract from that debacle, Shane dredges up the Haberkorn/Pridemore drama. In which Haberkorn has legal representation ready for any breach of contracts and TI. There are text messages to show Pridemore was misrepresenting the situation.
Shane is attempting to get any controversy to go viral so he can keep being relevant.
