He can even appeal or argue (not a law expert but he can do one of those two or even both, correct me if im wrong) the fees and other bullshit chupp tossed on to punish him for using his right to appeal. Yes.

Because that quarter million reminds you, Monica, Ron, and all the rest that he has people who cares for him enough to stand up and protect him. And I know it eats you guys up that you know deep down that none of the VAs involved would help each other like that, or have their fans help them out in this manner.

Isn't it neat to have people who care about you?

I did, dipshit. So did a lot of people here and elsewhere. I contributed to Vic's GFM, and I'm also a monthly contributor to Nick through NP2. I could easily add more to Vic's war chest.

Don't regret any of it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. And it warms my heart to know Lemoine utterly failed to wipe out even most of it. Looks like, even in the worst case scenario, actual battered women in the DFW area will be getting at least some help.
