Appeals go over every aspect of the case, including the fees and sanctions hearing. Why do you think they went into Lemoine's hearing on Slatosch's affidavit and had brought up the notice of appeal and whether it was timely for them to have filed it when they did? Because the fee's and sanctions are determined in the appeal process as well.

Lemme put it in smaller words, don't talk about shit you know nothing about, and you won't look like as much of a dumbass as you've already made yourself out to be.
