Where did anyone say that Vic“won”? Everybody (including your object of your disturbing fetish Nick) already knew Vic lost a battle even before the mediation. Vic “won” in a sense that he only has to pay roughly 25 to 30% of what you and those lawtwitter dingleberries thought he was going to owe.

And guess what, shit for brains? Vic hasn’t lost the case yet. There’s still the appeal process. But it’s just like you to jump to a conclusion before we’ve even made it halfway there.

- He still has the appeals so he won't be paying them just now, or hopefully losing in general.

- Their win still costs them financially more then they can even think. Lemonfuhrer & his firm can borderline bankrupt MoRon. Plus, Jamie's court fees is being paid by an NGO. But I'm pretty sure her loss is not covered by the NGO.

- I don't need to say how wrong this is. There are pics & vids to prove the guy absolutely wrong.

- Their "insurance" has not shown to cover their own lawyer fees which is literally around 200k (or 250k). They're still borderline bankrupt & no supporter is gonna support them financially. At least, in Vic's case he still has the GFM to pay for him even if somehow Vic loses.

By "getting along fine" he means not in danger of having the living crap choked out of him. Havoc is resolved to the situation and counts Shane not being a Ron Toye-esque remote wielding wife beater as a small blessing. His opinion on the other hand... Not "fine".
 
Hmmm... Shane shows up with new shenanigans and runs through the farms waving his arms like a mad man. The transcript for the fees hearing is due imminently, is it not? I'm going to have to guess that transcript is going to look really bad for the defendants.

TBF Funimation probably does have insurance to cover this due to being a business, but MoRon not so much. Their insurance company will most likely hide behind the TCPA win and not pay them anything since Vic is paying for reasonable fees. The only way MoRon's insurance will pay for anything is if this thing heads to trial.

1. Vic did lose. That's what happened in court. Appeals means you are objecting to losing dumbass.
2. Your goalpost has also moved to it's a win because he doesn't owe quite as much?
3. Lots of ISWV have been touting his win. Much like you, if you move the goalpost enough you can squeak out anything.

And let's not forget Monica and Ron owe Lemoine more money than they were bargaining for his little scheme of running up the bill.
And that's if the Appeals Court doesn't overturn things.
