Because he is. Whether he realizes it or not is a different matter.
For example, there is a legit, high spectrum autistic kid who goes to a lot of Texas shows. Over the course of the last many years he has done a lot of things that caused many people to want to ban him. He doesn't always know when he is doing something out of line though. He doesn't grasp at times that the actions have consequences or even that the actions are bad. He just gets carried away.
I am comparing Vic to Cosby because they were both nice guys. Being nice doesn't mean shit in this context .

Why did you specifically choose Cosby as a comparison then? If you just wanted to say that Vic was nice, why not go with someone who isn't a criminal? Were you trying to imply that because Cosby was also seen as a nice guy but was a rapist that Vic was a rapist too?
Shane if you think that he didn't rape anyone does that mean that you think that Monica is a liar, since she accused him of attempted rape?

Hang on, are you trying to get evidence of him acting as a Limited Purpose Public Figure? Why would you need to do that? Wasn't it already determined in court that he was a public figure? Besides, new evidence can't be submitted to the court of appeals, only what was already in the record, so why even act like what he's said on Unlocked would have any determination on the appeal?
