Why would Vic drop his appeal, @Shane_Yes_That_One? Or, he can maintain the appeal, win, and not pay a cent to the trash that he's suing.

Meanwhile, those trash as of right now owe well into the six figures for all the patently frivolous bullshit that they filed unnecessarily just because they thought they could ruin Vic's life even further than their lies already had, by bending him over on an unreasonable award of fees and sanctions, and Chupp wasn't having it. Oh, and that's being generous and assuming that they'll actually be able to win the appeal and then collect on the judgement, which I doubt.

Also, thanks to the lawsuit, Vic is actually still getting work. A quarter million dollars spent hiring a PR firm probably wouldn't have accomplished half as much. They called him a rapist and a sexual abuser, and instead of throwing his money away on useless PR spin, he stood up for himself and called them liars. Instead of begging their forgiveness for things he didn't do, he dared them to put up their evidence. Evidence which had been shown to either just not exist, or is easily disproven as the lies of insane weirdos, or was taken completely out of context and maliciously twisted.

I hope they do attend his dinky con.I hope he sees a small success in his backwater con, because he will then be targeted by the same type of people he defends for a piece of that fame or money.

I mean I know it would be funny to see his consent con fail right away, but I rather he see a small amount of success(not huge amount but a stable amount) for 1-3 years or so, just so it gets taken away from him through some accusations. I want it to hurt.

I am normally never this vindictive, but shane is a malicious cunt who endangers his family for his own ego.

Shane claims to have knowledge of Vic's actions for years, along with other VAs and con guests. In situations involving underage, unattended children.

Shane claims he left whatever-the-fuck-con because they were stealing donation money. Shows two emails as proof, one showing what he sent, the other showing what was edited out. Anyone notice the GIANT FUCKING THING MISSING FROM THOSE EMAILS?!

ALLEGATIONS OF UNSAFE CONDITIONS FOR MINORS GOING TO THE CONS!

So this motherfucker knew about horrible shit happening behind the scenes, but decided to leave over money. Not the safety of children, naw fuck that. Instead money was the reason.

The only person who is really hurting is the guy who was bawling his eyes out on the stand and had to be consoled by Ty. The one who has to write a few checks, and maybe lose that second house with dear ol mommy.
