The company who runs the billboard were asked by some ISWV people if they condoned what Shane was trying to do aka defame Vic publicly on a billboard.
The company replied that they would never condone such a thing.
That's a TL;DR but there's a few videos who talk about it on Youtube and I think you can find the Twitter exchange between ISWV people and the Company above.

Love in the replies he's saying the billboard would've been a "tiny blip" on a roadway. Compared to however many people saw the report of Shane utterly failing his gay op.

Basically Shane's an idiot and determined 'since they rejected my art, it's just the art that they rejected on a technicality, and not the message'. This is directly contradicted by what the company itself said on twitter, though, and also ignores the fact that the very process he took a screenshot of shows the only step they can reject the campaign at is the art review one.

He can try all he wants, unless it's so subtle that the company and ISWV misses it (at which point it's not going to do anything for random people uninvolved), it's not getting through.

Those are quasi-gender symbols, I believe. For snowflake genders.

So the name of the convention is 'consent (for sex) con', the symbolism is inherently sexual and child-inappropriate, the rules and aim of the con is sexual in nature (not just encouraging 'consent', which can be used with kids, but 'enthusiastic consent' which is explicitly sexual), but it's going to have 'actual children's content'?

No, Shane. Crappy or not, your convention is absolutely an adult-oriented, likely 18+ convention. It's absolutely inappropriate to have children there at all, and especially so to try to appeal to children. You can't have your cake and your children-viewing at the same time.
