I honestly thought those 2 would have been around the courtroom waiting for joseph since they talk a big game, but i guess they are pussies. @JosephTX were you unarmed at this time? Would think so considering

He has a license to carry a firearm but I don't know if he had it on his person when he was out there.

And @Shane_Yes_That_One or any other KV turbotard reading this, before you start with your fucking witch hunt bullshit, he would bring it with him for self defense and not just outright shoot you because that's retarded and that would send him to jail for murder. If his life was actually reasonably being threatened as in he's literally about to die, then he can use his firearm to defend himself. In Texas you cannot carry into a court or offices "owned" by the court so it would have been in his vehicle.
