He was made the director of programming when the original person was sent packing. He was friends with the then owners. In 2017 he screwed up contracts, fouled up an internal investigation, abused the position and mismanaged spending. He was sent packing.

Before that and after his filing he came within a hair of a libel suit for the way he defamed A-Kon and its people. He started deleting stuff and the owners who were, in my opinion, naive, rolled it back.

His history of drunkeness, pursuit of female guests and staff and his lying and shit stirring burned that bridge permanently.

I have a theory that Shane is married to his child-bride due to his past shenanigans. Maybe he creeped on her at one of the past events he worked at, did gross Shane shit to her and ended up getting busted because the dumb fuck didn't realize until later he molested his friend's daughter. Maybe then he begged his buddy not to kill him and offered to make it right by marrying her after feeling the shotgun at his back.

Move forward years later; his groomed trophy wife keeps getting older as his income keeps getting thinner. Shane is feeling depressed. Things are grim. Just as his sexpest dreams seem to be coming to an end, the Vic slander hits social media, reminding Shane of the "good old days" where he could get creeper pussy before being tied down by obligation. The wheels start turning, desperately trying to figure out how he can get some underaged con strange on the side until boom male-feminist-acon.

It's autistic as fuck, but Shane is so fucking bland and boring that my imagination has to spice things up with retarded seasoning.

Important to note, as anyone that's spoken to him privately knows, is that Shane does not actually believe everything he shits out on twitter. He's doing this for standing with the VAs in the hope it advances him in his career. And debatably moral reasons. He's essentially trolling though. He thinks vic crossed the line but didn't do anything illegal. He's just as frustrating to speak to as he seems on twitter though. Just not *quite* as stupid.
