IIRC TUG lost it for a bit, but because of extremely poor timing due to previous threats of CPS on him and his wife's miscarriage. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

It's like Akiva Cohen, and other "social" Jews who use anti-Semitism to try to deflect criticism. I guarantee you I've been to more Shabbat services and been part of more Passover saders in the past three years that he has in the past ten. I am more Jewish then he is.

but the way I see this, they are actual fans and supporting TUG by having his name with theirs
so, I see it at as a positive
and TUG should comment how flattered he is by their support

He said this was confirmed by two sources.

Even if Ty was drunk at that case, that just seems like a boon in Texas. Also that would mean a drunkard is destroying Casey's case and HOW EMBARRASSING would that be?
 
At the rate this case is going, Ty and Chupp would need to be drunk to navigate through all this stupidity.
