Unfortunately for shane, the defendants, and kickvic in general, the court doesn't give one solitary shit about twitter polls. There could be 350 million Americans who vote online for Vic to be summarily exiled to Monster Island, but the only people who get real actual votes are the judge and the jury. And I haven't seen anything in Vic's depo that'll sink his case. You never know what a jury's going to do until they come back with a verdict but if I was Vic's lawyer and my client had just delivered that depo performance, I'd be feeling pretty good about getting Vic on the stand and having him tell his story.

Are you saying they’re going to shoot for an appeal with the magical hundreds of witnesses after they lose or are you saying these surprise witnesses are literally waiting for the judge to not know what hit him?
