I expect they'll be breaking for lunch soon, if they haven't already. Is Ron at the deposition? If he is, I reckon we'll see a shitsperg from our boy @Shane_Yes_That_One within the next hour.

@Shane_Yes_That_One Nick was making enough as a lawyer, and Youtube now allows him to take on more cases pro bono. Try to keep up.
It's outright false, too. Nick started off with the analysis of the lolsuit complaint, and people liked him so much that he grew and covered other topics and was able to monetize it. You don't know his finances, and neither do I, but I do know that when Nick started lawsplaining he did not have a subscriber base.

Yep. I started following Nick when I randomly came across his streams reading Russell Greer's book out loud. I think those are where he started maintaining 1k+ viewer streams.

He really started raking in the money when he implemented the "$20 for instant read" superchat rule. Chats were getting 2 hours out of sync before that. I don't think he expected people to actually do it so heavily, though.

I'm usually glad I don't twatter, but seeing @Shane_Yes_That_One wanking himself into a frenzy over nick having "non-public" info, as if it's some big deal to be given non-privileged, non-confidential materials by the people that own them, is almost making me wish I did have one so I could open Shane a new front hole.

Oh well.

I got the timing of the spergfest right, but I was way wrong about the content. Guess he's out of the loop after all.

He’s tweeted and retweeted way too much garbage today for me to give enough of a fuck to archive it all.
It’s the same Nick and Ty are being owned bullshit he keeps wanting to believe in after being thoroughly owned into the ground by him.

His twitter header isn’t even aligned properly while always complaining about people supposedly not showing everything

The "I know something you don't know" and "I knew that before Nick" stuff gets tedious. What Shane knew and when is only relevant if it involves privileged information, and if it does then the defendants have a problem.

But he's an insider. He's an important person. He's in the know. He knows the convention owners. He knows the voice actors. He puts his shoe on his cutting board.

How tall do you think he is?

Spending money on actual necessary things and not changing your stance, as opposed to spending money on three law firms to play a bunch of games and drive up those sweet billable hours?

I wasn't aware they'd rewrote the original complaint or the motion to compel, I must be out of the loop or it has something to do with what Nick teased us about today.

The original complaint amendment is news to me, but yeah the motion to compel was amended the other day. The motion itself didn't change, but they added in a lot of exhibits. It went from from the original ~50 pages to 126.

Updated motion to compell is in an update of the 'weeb war' sticky. Ty basically added a few more emails to show that BHBH has provided documents Casey was whining about and a redline comparison of Caseys original responses to interrogatories and the amended versions. It took them 14 overdue days extra to update Ron's answers to say refer to Monica files ~1-100 and i think the reverse for Monicas answers.

Shane is so dumb he's ignoring that the defendants also made amended responses.
