I don’t think he’s ever directly called Vic a predator. He’s strongly fucking implied it, but it’s a bit of a running gag at this point that he’s unwilling to state directly what he thinks Vic did. Maybe because even he doesn’t think it was anywhere near as bad as what he’s been publicly accused of.

Unless you’re willing to clear the air and tell us directly what Vic did, @Shane_Yes_That_One? Or maybe share some of that that sweet evidence you totally have? Or maybe show an ounce of self awareness and take a step back from this shit and admit that you’ve been out of your depth from the start?

Here is what I know to be true: Vic Mignogna has never committed a criminal assault, sexual or otherwise, against another person.

People have lied and said the did, which has resulted in his career being irreparably damaged.

That is an injustice.

Perhaps the failure at life lawyer who is buried under mountains of debt - the only true way out being for him to Etika himself - is right and Vic will be unsuccessful in his lawsuit.


What can we conclude from that outcome? We can conclude that the justice system is broken when it comes to defamation and needs to be fixed.
