Maybe you'd like to show these messages between them? I mean, you wouldn't be talking out of your ass just like Monica and Ron have been without actually having any evidence, right? Seems like a weird hill to die on if you aren't even going to provide the details to back your statements up, but I guess that's expected when Ron and Monica haven't even bothered to do it either when required to do so.

He feels sorry that somebody wasnt happy with how he acted. he never admitted to a crime or any misconduct,

there is no (credible) allegation about anything that would make those statements not defamatory.
thats why there is no trail of HR Reports from Any company he worked for and no trail of complaints from cons.
Nobody felt assaulted enough from Vic hugging him to report him.

And The TI looks like a very clear case too.

Ty wasn't "Leaking Documents" you FUCKING MORON! Ty was releasing the fruits of his investigation, with the consent of his client. Nothing Ty released was anything provided by the defendants, nor was it anything they had any right to or hold over. There is no mysterious seal surrounding information in a lawsuit. At least not unless there is a Confidentiality Agreement, which Haha Funny Story, Your buddies swore before a Judge that they absolutely positively did not want. Ty was just as allowed to reveal those documents via a trusted media source as Ron was allowed to give them to you. There is no controversy there. There is nothing un ethical, illegal or even questionable there you shoe eating shithead! Vic is the aggrieved party in this. Something you assholes keep forgetting. He is fully allowed to publicly release evidence of how he was wronged.

See here's the other thing, you are believing Casey's bullshit. Take those self same "leaked documents". The text stream with Kamehacon. Casey was complaining that Ty had in some way screwed up discovery by not giving him (Casey) all of that text chain. Casey somehow missed that A. those texts were Ty's Investigation product and never passed through Vic's hands, and were not something Ty or Vic had to supply Casey because B. Those texts were in fact subpoena'd from Ron. Ron is the one that has to be providing BHBH with those texts (instead of giving them to you). If Casey wants those texts he can either ask his client or ask or subpoena KC for them.

While I find your predatory actions completely distasteful (and the root of your projections), I did want to offer you something in good faith.

When I rewatch early Nick streams, I catch a lot of references and hints that didn’t make sense at the time. Now with more public info, the references make sense.

I know you claim to have a lot of inside info. Can you point to earlier tweets of yours which, with the benefit of more public information, now prove you had (and by extension, have) privileged information?
