It's amazing that they think a confession that they worked on while trying to gaslight and guilt him into signing (which he didn't) is going to be an amazing piece of evidence that exonerates the defendants and proves Vic's guilt.Oh wait your brain isn’t smart enough to realize we’ve seen right through this shit from the start, you just want to hear your misinformed twitter Lolyers back you up on this even though they know nick has said this, and Ty said this in his filings and arguments by blocking that shitty TCPA strategy so now they have to resort to wanting to strike all of their fake witness testimony so it can’t be investigated and called out.
A Jury is going to hear that defendants were going around trying to knife Vic in the back from the shadows by getting him cancelled from conventions and fired via defamation for weeks. Afterwards they are in contact with the plaintiff trying to pressure him to admit guilt, 'working together' to have him sign a document that would prove and justify their accusations and actions. They do it at what is possibly Vic's lowest point likely promising that this will all stop, blow over in 6 months and Vic will be back, but only if he confesses. Vic doesn't sign this confession and instead releases his own statement that doesn't admit to anything and IIRC that's the timeframe when one or two of those working together on the confession document (Rial and Marchi) make accusations too.
To think a jury is going to look at that favorably is very, very dumb.
