Probably because they are sick of having their time and money wasted Shane, and maybe because their niceties have been pissed on by Casey and company? Not that you would really know anything about that, you waste everyone's time and have no money to burn.

In case you forgot, asshat, Casey was the one who denied all of Vic's and Beard's compromises, you don't just get to say "no fuck u" and then go back on what you say to a judge.

Why are Vic, Ty, and NICK now objecting? @Shane_Yes_That_One you dumb fucker Nick has no say in the legal matters of this case. He can use hypotheticals in his show, but at the end of the day it's all up to Vic and Ty.

Ty's filing isn't even an objection to anything Casey is proposing in the way of confidentiality agreements, which is his own damned fault for not having. The recent filing is a motion to compel because MoRonica weren't filling out their interrogatories over bullshit objections because they don't want anyone to know that they don't have anything to fill out.

You're falling into the trap of arguing against Shane's incorrect framing. He's not only always wrong, but he's even managed to be wrong about the way in which he's wrong. It's compound wrongness with this idiot.
