hmmm so the Stream last night about the Bakery, Ty was talking how the college made concessions a demand and would do business with the Bakery again if they would have dropped the charges against the shoplifters and only call them when their students break the law. That sounds oddly familiar with another story someone else was saying here....a certain exceptional individual......

I want to point something out about dipshit shane that proves he's a dumbass.

being a shareholder means generally that the fucker partially owns a company. Like he owns enough of the firm that most people will listen to him and he's in every decision making meeting.

being partner just means he's one of the top lawyers.

Partner actually means that he's co-owner of the firm. So, either he's made his own law firm and partnered with another lawyer to do it, or someone thought him special enough to give him a portion of the profits made from every single one of the cases they win. This is all based on the assumption that he's actually a partner and Shane isn't getting his "figure of speech" mixed up.

If he is a partner at a new firm he would likely make more or have more control of the firm. Think about it like being a shareholder to going to sit on the board. Even if the firm is smaller it would likely be better career move. This all assumes Shane isn't full of shit as usual.
