There is a zero percent chance that they hired a lawyer first. What for anyway? If this was before the lawsuit talk, what possible thing could they have needed the lawyer for? And then they went and defamed him after that while having council? Zero percent chance.
Maybe. She copied and pasted this message in over two dozen tweets on the 11th. On the 13th, Vic made a second statement about the situation. On the 15th, Ron publicly demanded he make another and be more specific with a direct apology to Monica or else they would sue.
That's the problem, isn't it? Vic didn't really admit to anything so that's why Ron demanded he confess. He could either do that or they would take him to court where he would be branded a sex offender.
Ok Shane sure you win, the piece of shit tweet is silly and not really defamatory, so now you only have 399 defamatory tweets instead of 400, and now Ty will surely be defeated and there is no way Vic can win
I seen and heard him calling someone who is asking questions regarding Vic like an "idiot", which - ironically speaking - everybody knows that he is an idiot. I would say he has done a "good" job setting an example for his child, whom I end up hearing in the VC as background noise. Not to mention him making excuses over calling anyone an idiot or whatever else he'll call someone as.

This was a very well written statement. However, I get an eerie teary-eyed suicide vibe from it. It almost feels like this is what Nick refers to when he talks about the possibility of him killing himself when he was betrayed by his colleagues.
Much as we all want to see the responses of each of the defendants as their response date comes, it heralds a stressful time for Vic. He has to go through the process three times whereas the defendants each only have to go through it once.

I dunno. Jamie's lawyer seems more competent than Casey, but we have no clue if he's able to tard wrangle her. She's already proven how galaxy-brained she is by playing hide and seek with the server.

FACT: Nick Rekieta spends more time with his wife and children than he does streaming or dissecting the lawsuit.
FACT: Shane Homstar spends all day, every day obsessing over this case.
THEREFORE, Shane Homstar is more qualified than Nick Rekieta. FAX.

@Shane_Yes_That_One you ignorant slut, they never gave an overt reason and it has never been claimed that they gave an overt reason, but rather that they made two statements back to back that any reasonable person would take as associated with one another, which, in aggregate, were meant to be taken as a sly wink to the reason why he was fired. But of course you wouldn't understand that, Shane, because your mind is so melted by non-leather upper consumption and soy addiction that you can't absorb anything longer than an old-style tweet and need a dictionary to figure out half of that.
