Shane really must love the attention. Though, he certainly doesn’t understand what’s actually fairly obvious.

Shane seems to think that since there are multiple people laughing at him, that it means there are people who spend their day thinking about him. He couldn’t be more wrong.

He’s a joke at this point. And every person that mocks him only spends around ten seconds to point and laugh. Hell, this post may be the longest anyone has ever given him the time of day and I spent more time editing this post’s grammar than on Shane

Though, the amount of investment Shane has on people who give him ten seconds of attention is quite pathetic. The man has no one else giving him more attention than people who scroll through dozens of other exceptional people to mock and thinks somehow he’s the “special one” among the group of idiots

Shane you put shoes on your cutting board. You’re not that interesting beyond this

Also can someone clarify if the documents that shanes posted, did he say its cease and desist or was it something else? Btw Shane in vc on a debate as of this moment

It was what we had confirmed earlier. Nick said they were just Retraction Letters (different than C&D).

And Shane is stupid enough to think they mean anything, especially since they were for Ron.

You know, now that I think about it...

When the letters were first sent out, I bet MoRon didn't have any legit legal counsel because they were depending on Shane to figure it out. Since a Retraction Letter is required by law and different than a C&D... And Shane doesnt know what a Retraction Letter is...

What if he told them it was a C&D, that they could ignore it, and screwed them over on exemplary damages? :story: 🤡

To make it clear for everyone, this whole C&D drama that Shane has been going on and on about for the past couple weeks is something Nick and Ty publicly discussed on April 13th.

"We did send one last round of takedown letters. Texas law requires us to do that before we file suit. However, it can be anytime before, so we sent some out yesterday. One person in particular will receive about 400 pages because you have to identify every single defamatory statement and explain why it's defamatory and demand that it be taken down. That was one of the things that was delaying us so much. We just had all these administrative things we had to do." - Ty Beard

As noted by Urbanmech, Casey Erick wrote about what Ty sent in his response to the lawsuit.

And if you look at Casey response paragraph 20 pretty much says what was sent out on April 12 but you know that would require research on Shane's part.

So why was he ousted from A-Kon?
I know Hero Hei and I discussed it on stream and I'm pretty sure I've written about it here. But if I haven't the TL;DR is mismanagement of funds, inappropriate behavior and all around incompetence.

He was allowed to resign in lieu of being fired so he crows about how he quit which is technically true. He also came about one FB post from a libel suit afterward but, in a rare moment of wisdom, retracted the stuff.

I brought that up weeks ago when he first started chirping about it. He just refuses to accept that they are not cease and desists. The C&d comes way before what these are.

And Ty has said on stream that he doesn't bother with C&Ds because they basically have no legal force and are not required.

Shane is hanging this on Casey using "purported" in his answer, but there is no doubt that both BHBH and Nick made public the sending of those documents at the time they were actually sent.

You know, it's got to be something he's done to himself that has broken him so badly. He's got a brother who is actually squared away and a decent guy. This is all Shane not some twisted parental abuse pathology.

Yeah so once again. I made a post, with content that both Nick and Ty would recognize. They both knew what I was talking about. They couldn't say anything cause they don't want anyone to know, but they knew that I knew.

Sorry it went over your head. Hey I posted a screenshot of some of the pages tonight of docs they claim they never sent anyone. You should check it out. If you can't read some of the smarter kids can help.

I’m not sure what’s more exceptional: Shane trying to downplay the content of the letters or him trying to claim Nick and Ty misled anyone when there’s such a clear record that they were very specific (and even informative) as to what their purpose was. Hell, they were basically doing Ron a favor if he had enough sense to take them seriously.

Or even the fact that he thinks some mysterious vague assertions are going to fool anyone. He’s either deliberately making an attempt at what his pea-sized brain thinks is damage control or has no grasp whatsoever on the situation. More likely both.

Either way, from his warped perspective he’s probably enjoying the attention regardless of the negativity. He’s proved on Nick’s stream that he doesn’t actual care about the truth, he just cares about feeling he’s right, which is dang sad. I’m not even sure he really knows what he feels. I get whiplash trying to keep up with his bouncing from viewpoint to viewpoint, between his persona of earnest observer to one of snarly moral superiority. He responds to his environment; he thinks he’s smart enough to out-lawyer Nick or clever enough to out-troll the trolls on Twitter and the farms.

I get the feeling he’s a little conflicted himself honestly, like he’s actually torn by the facts of the case or haunted by whatever gay shit he’s done in the past. At any given time, he lets his feelings get the best of him. Or maybe he’s just a little imbalanced. Actually probably a lot unbalanced.

Whatever the reason, he can be expected to respond with idiocy, which is entertaining, and do so erratically, which is fascinating. Not to give him more credit than he deserves though. He’s proven to be a piece of shit and any fun from the observation is spoiled by the stench of his slimy behavior and his actual stench. He’s not even worth the little essay I wrote here but I was bored and can’t sleep so here we are.
