Shane might not be lying but KC might be, it looks a lot like "someone" is still messaging KC about this a lot and he could just be telling them anything to cover his ass with them and maintain potential business prospects. No judgement from me either way though. Personally i think he should burn all the bridges with the fuckers constantly trying to drag him in to this further but that's up to him.

I think the same text messages that Nick had but from the sender's perspective should have put that to rest. Of course Ron is probably stupid enough to share those with people who could leak them so I understand why there might be room for doubt. But then again you could make the same argument here that he shared them with someone else with the assumption that they'd be kept private. I don't believe that to be the case though.

But Soye, being the dumb cuck that he is, goes around liking Shane's tweets. This isn't exactly a head-scratcher of a whodunit.

Ron also gave Shane the KC texts that Nick showed, so it absolutely came from Ron.

He has on multiple occassions alluded to his "many sources", during the Nick stream he was being fed lines and talking points from a Discord server and most recently he said he took a vote on releasing the BHBH letters.

If there is a private discord with all of the defendants and big players using Shane as a mouthpeice and this is the stuff they release publicly, it makes me wonder what else might be on there.

He is probably indirectly responsible for TI with a Contract being added to the lawsuit. Remember how fixated he was on TI with a Contract on Nick's stream. He gave the game away with that. He clearly knew it was going on but thought they were being so smart about it they would never be caught. Keeping an eye on what he is fixated on I am sure will lead to the discovery of other causes of action against them.
