I can't imagine that list is going to get much longer.
 
The only reason the other defendant's counsels were there was to scout out BHBH and Casey, Funimation have been nothing but polite with BHBH and have seen that Casey is going to throw them under the bus to save MoRonica. I wonder if next week we see something about an agreed extention to their reply to a point past Marchi's reply date and perhaps even beyond the depositions of Vic and MoRonica.

I meant more in terms of now any potential shit slinging starts like it did with Casey, it's clear Marchi is shitting her pants about this and her lawyer will likely do everything he can to delay any motions involving her.

Tha Judge fully understood why MoRonica fought the confidentiality agreement. "Is your client still tweeting?" The Judge grasps exactly what's going on there.

Also, why the judge is having the depos at the courthouse. A fail-safe to the, "You idiots really REALLY want this? We'll see."
