Let's be real, it's much easier to keep a list of shit that Shane does know.

It's very easy list to maintain because it's empty and there's no particular worry that it will have anything added to it soon.

Vic has been laying low. He's barely been heard from on Social Media. And he hired a fantastic PR team in BHBH which has successfully defended his good name and career, and if anything increased his earnings.

Edit accepted. He acted the same way when they filed the motion to quash, Shane now thinks that Casey dealt a serious blow to Vics case.

And that's how we knew that the motion was garbage before Nick did a read through.
I'm starting to think that Casey is taking a very hands-off approach to this suit. That would at least explain that catastrophic fuckup that was made while trying to claim dibs on depositions. The case he cited argued the exact opposite of what he was trying to argue!
