Remember that Vic depo that was schedule but then Casey dicked around and Ty cancelled? Well Shane says everyone but Ty and Vic still showed up.

Does Casey not realize how petty this is going to look in front of the Judge? His deposition was cancelled the moment Ty filed the motion against it requesting tomorrow’s hearing. Just as his own clients depos on the 14-15th were cancelled when he filed his motion. He just needlessly and fraudulently burned his clients money on a shady stunt, that he is going to try and claim Vic needs to pay for. In one move he beclowned himself before any Judge. “Mr. Erick, did you not read the Plaintiff’s filing? It shows you were served?”

If they actually wasted money in the depo (doubtful, Shane is an idiot with grandiose delusions), which was already cancelled (and acknowledged as so by Casey in his last response), could the plaintiff argue that they are trying to artificially increase the amount of money they have spent in attorney's fees and expenses?

You're not interested in "truth," Shane. You want to keep your place at the cool kids' table, while deflecting the distinct possibility that you are, in fact, a convention creeper yourself.
