One thing I've learned from listening to Bruce Prichard is thar rumor and innuendo is always 100% factually accurate and perfectly reliable. Especially if it comes from anonymos internet nobodies.

I expect what he's referring to is other people talking to HR prior to Vic being advised that he was being investigated. The "3 days" thing comes from the time Vic was told he was being investigated until the time he was fired. We don't actually know when the other people telling their stories happened, although it must have been prior to Sony talking to Vic.

Who, what, why and when will come out in discovery.
 
Nick is clearly saying the sony HR investigation happened over the course of 3 days and only involved a few calls and e-mails. It wasn't some big in depth drawn out investigation. Shane seems to think that Nick meant the "harassment" was only 3 days worth or something else similarly stupid. Reading comprehension isn't his strong suit.

It explains his taste in polyester footwear: he loves the pain it causes his insides.
 
I've suspected he's attention-starved since his family isn't around to fulfill his fantasies so he has to get it elsewhere. But then I remember this is the same man who talks shit about his child bride he bought from his best friend and is literally raising Tyrone's kids, so it's much more likely he's been neglecting them for some cheap dopamine hits.

I don't think it's either, although I'm fairly certain that Soye would gladly dive under the bus if it comes to it. Personally I think it comes down to the fact that the other side still just doesn't understand the laws involved and what the actual causes of action are about.
