The funniest thing about the shoe stuff is that there's a scene in Fullmetal Alchemist where Ed eats his shoe.

Also if they had any damning evidence, they would have released it back when they were trying to get him disinvited. Shane is arguing that they're not releasing it because of ndas, but these alleged recordings wouldn't fall under them, Ron is not a Funi employee, and ndas never stopped them from blabbing before.
