So where the fuck are Casey's motions to unseal shit? If he needs extra time to do that he'll either need to ask for it from Ty (lol) or ask the court for more time. And he doesn't seem to have lodged a motion for that.

I guess if their sole audience is PULL and the speds at ANN, and other people who don't even know who Vic's lawyer is, and who may even be unaware there's even a lawsuit at all, or think Vic is being criminally prosecuted, it may last a while. Those people are nearly impenetrably stupid.
 
Nick just stated that there is no ‘cease and desist’ order sent to any person. I didn’t realize Shane said that but that’s so stupid for Shane to even claim.

I clearly remember Ty and Nick saying weeks ago that Ty wouldn’t do such a thing because the people involved continually saying stuff online actually helps Vic.

Two general sets of letters have been sent out. One is the retraction request letter under the Texas Defamation Mitigation Act, and the other is a simple evidence preservation letter. No cease and desist letters.

Ty actually mentioned on one of Nick's shows why he doesn't bother with C & Ds.

I think I've decoded the Shane stuff regarding "sealed" evidence. In the main thread caps have been posted of him talking about some of the evidence being subject to NDAs. That's not "sealed", but I don't expect Shane to understand the difference.

Only thing I can think of is the Investigations from Funi/Sony or whoever else did one.
 
The only thing I can think of that is close to being "sealed" is the Funimation investigation. And won't that come out in discovery anyway?

It's absolutely going to come out in discovery but I can understand why someone who's actually signed one might be reluctant to breach it outside of a legal setting (even if that person was perfectly happy to breach other contracts). Again, though, I have no idea why any sane person would sign an NDA in respect of an investigation into incidents where they are the alleged victim. Unless, of course, it was in return for money.

Shane you FUCKING MORON! No the Process Server does not simply leave a business card. It's normally a notice, more akin to those left by UPS stating that they have legal documents waiting for you, and please contact the server for delivery of said documents. Only a complete idiot would ignore or toss such a thing un noticed. She damn well knows what they are. Has openly admitted that she knows about all of this, has claimed that her lawyer already has the published copy of the lawsuit. But is avoiding legal service because "nyah nyah you can't catch me". It's one thing to avoid the process server. It's quite another to openly brag about it on your social media. The Judge will have no sense of humor about it.
