The "range of availability" that Casey sent was basically "after Vic's deposition on the 30th." It wasn't even an honest offer, because I don't believe "any date after May 30th is free" any more than I believed "we're not available on any date from May 14 through the 30th."

He's admitted to doing things in the past that aren't acceptable "now" (they weren't acceptable then either, Shane; maybe it was just easier to get away with them). He still hasn't given us a real answer on how old his wife was when he first met her. Why are you ducking the question, @Shane_Yes_That_One? That's a really bad look, especially considering that one of Vic's awful "crimes" was merely hitting on a woman in a bar who might've been under 21.

On Nick's show, Ty Beard said that when opposing clients file chickenshit motions like this, his favorite tactic is to demand testimony or deposition on it from them. I assume he'll do so on this. Let's see how much of their own money MoRonica want to spend on stupid games just to put themselves back in court on a stupid hearing that everyone there knows is a complete waste of everyone's time and money... or worse, at a conference table with the Amazons. If that's their argument, then they would have to produce evidence of it being non-consensual. With it being described as a year of flirting leading up to the kiss, there would be texts between the two of them or security footage of the kiss itself, as it allegedly happened on funimation property.
