Furthermore, you are an idiot, Shane.
A con is a business, but Shane couldn't wrap his head around the idea that long line for Vic = ticket sales = more money.

"Harassed"

"Innocent"

Nice joke Shane.
Yep, Ron and Monica are now dinna-dos.

Shane is too stupid to realize how completely, utterly stupid he is. I bet when he was riding the short bus to school his mom told him it was for super duper smarties.

I have a feeling that this isn't going to go over very well with the Judge. Judge's don't like to have their time wasted over petty bs like discovery dates.
I can't wait for the shitfits Shane will pitch when Moronica get BTFO by the judge.

Even better. His entire reason for filing was “I demand to depose the Plaintiff first!” He’s going to look like an idiot.

His little stunt where he asked for dates and then just refused date after date and then more or less tacitly admitted he was just deliberately wasting Ty's time is not going to play out well either.

Unfortunately, there was no way around Casey's bullshit, but note how Ty cleverly maneuvered that idiot into being the one who filed first.

Do Mon and Ron have to show up for the motions hearing? I can't see why they would need to, but I also think Ty would try to play the "why not do the depositions now seeing you're both here" card if it's available.

Not just but Ty managed to get Casey to file it early.

Probably not unless the judge decides their presence is required. Otherwise it's just a discovery dispute and absolutely nobody there wants to be.
