A contract is breached as soon as a reasonable party would believe it to be so, and a reasonable party would have believed the contract to be breached the instant KC announced Vic would not be at KC.

This is exceptionally stupid even for a man who thinks shoes are food.

You can't "conspire" to get someone to uphold a contract, because you can only conspire to do something illegal. Urging someone strongly to obey the law isn't actionable, nor was KC harmed by obeying the law. In fact, they made a lot of money by doing it.

This is why you should say no to these crybully lynch mobs. You not only get to be a hero, you get to make money too. What's not to love?
