Let me do a shane impression really quick:

If you can't provide video evidence or sworn affidavits that I'm incorrect I will claim that I am correct because I have this totally correct info from a secret source you're not allowed to see because you're just not "in the know".

If proven wrong I will simply say that I admitted I was wrong like it means anything at all when my entire existence consists of hanging off Ron Soye's nutsack like a chainsmoking estrogen-rich remora which cleans my host's shoes with my tongue while sharply inhaling every 5 seconds.

Again, what text messages do you have between Ron and KC outside of the period between 10:49AM Jan10 and 10:15PM Feb1 that absolve Ron of TI?

You said you had them on twitter Shane. You implied that Nick lied by omission by redacting those texts messages from that conversation for his audience (us). We don't like being lied to Shane. Now prove it, bullshitter.

Prove it, then. You have a history of being able to provide no such thing and you've given us no reason to suspect this is any different.

You keep calling Nick a grifter, but he has called every development in this case (even minor ones like Ryo Horikawa not showing up to KamehaCon). In steep contrast, you have been wrong about literally everything.

It really is amazing. He could say "bears shit in the woods" and I would be tempted to alert Park Avenue that they are about to be invaded by constipated Ursidae.
 
It's people like Shane (well, Shane specifically) that have convinced me never to attend a con. Not because of the guests/VAs, not because of the fans or the sponsors, but because of the organizers. People like Shane. Who've crept around girls, boasted about picking up girls specifically at cons, have admitted to have known about bad behavior being reported and that it had been "swept under the rug." That's not Vic, Shane. That's you. That's YOU, Shane! You're the creep everyone needs to be wary of! You're the sex pest and the predator that we're being warned about. And you're hiding in plain fucking sight, thinking you can deflect it at someone else. I hope you get your moment Shane. I hope it happens soon, so we all get to see it and hear your excuses.

Not to mention that predators have a tendency to manipulate people through deception, misrepresentation, and suppression- things that Shane and Toye are known for.

Sure, but why not have the lawyer she totally has accept service on her behalf? After all the sooner she accepts service, the sooner this gets to court, the sooner she can have his head and balls on a plate just like she wants.

Well she isn't hearing what she wants from whos shes been talking too or she doesn't have the liquid assets to drop 10 to 15k in the retainer that will get eaten up in the first month or so

Makes me think back to earlier things Shane has claimed - like the idea that every con knew that Vic was a perv and it was an open secret in the industry. However, we've heard things from two people who verifiably run cons that contradict that claim. The guy from BubbaFest said he knew Vic for something like 8 years and thought Vic was outstanding. And we have the response from Kamehacon there in those tweets with Ron. When confronted with the idea that Vic was a predator, their response wasn't, 'Yeah, we've been hearing about that for years, but haven't had anything serious enough to act on.' The response from Kamehacon was, 'Everyone thinks this guy is a hero.' The response from Kamehacon basically says that Vic's reputation was sterling.

So we have the Christian guy who doesn't like to sign gay porn, who in the midst of being tarnished as the worst kind of sexual predator hasn't had a single woman come forward with a claim of rape - not even a story like Todd Haberkorn's that is consensual sex but with no witnesses can be made out to be rape - being tarnished by a guy who is a self admitted skeeve who got away with bad things at conventions, who is defaming the guy in concert with women who write/voice sexually explicit material... I have to second your idea that so much of this is deflection.

I think the whole reason Shane showed up here again after being absent for so long is that the Ron texts showed up and he knows perfectly well how damning those messages are, but Shane thinks he's such a genius that he can run out on Twitter and save the day. He unblocked Rekieta because that fear gnawing down in his belly had to be smothered somehow, so he charged out to knock down the figurehead, and when Nick took him out in a single tweet, he was left with that awful gnawing and had to try and find some other target. He figured the people at the Farms wouldn't be as tough as Nick, so he's here trying to throw out enough BS that he can convince himself that he's back on top.
