Also he seems to think real court cases are like TV.
 
He keeps mentioning something about a recorded phone call, but has never specified what it is, so I'm inclined to think it's more bullshit and trying to pretend he knows something everyone else doesn't.

I'm inclined to think half of the evidence Shane claims to have exists only in his imagination. Shane believes, or at least pretends to believe, Vic is guilty. I think he's hoping Vic will get spooked into dropping the suit. But if Vic knows no such implication-containing recording exists this "strategy" is utterly foolish.

Wait, if Polygon published the article on the 25th, wouldn't that align with the investigation, and wouldn't Ron and co. have been able to feed information to them as a source?

Edit: Nix my turbo-tism actually believing Shanes timeline. Polygon's article was published February 11th.

Still doesn't prove anything other than the fact that people were coming forward, but still hold credence to leaks of the investigation.

But he has pulled out Ron's side of the tweets (the one's Nick shared except with the sender/receiver reversed) - implying someone (my guess is Ron) is giving him something.

Wonder if this is just another effort by him to be deposed. No way Ron is smart enough to record a conversation with KC, and even if such a thing did exist it doesn't undo what Ron tried to do to begin with.

This sounds really fucking creepy. I wonder if those emails do exist, what they actually say.
I remember hearing about a VA texting Vic to say that him tickling her at a panel years ago was crossing the line/harassment and I thought that sounded like they were trying to gaslight him into thinking he was a horrible predator or something. If those emails do exist, I wonder if they're of a similar bent.

We just had a perfect example of that. Shane thought he was sitting on information that totally countered the lawsuit and sperged on twitter about it but it turned out it was the same exact damning information that has already been presented. How exactly he read through it and didn't see Ron TIing the fuck out of the contract and what was "before and after" that absolved him of wrongdoing we will never know. Shane won't say.

That's what these fuckers do. Find some tiny grain of information then anoint themselves some galaxy brained authority on the matter as if what they have, or think they have, vindicates everything they sperg then refuse to disclose or share what they have with the rest of the class. It has been a pattern of one after another after another of these KVers doing this exact same thing. There has got to be some kind of mental disorder or manipulative behavior associated with this.
