Jesus Christ Shane, why is this the way you talk about your wife in public?

Good plan. Once Soye and Rial finish losing the lawsuit with Vic they should go ahead and do the same thing with Nick. That would provide months of great content on his channel.
Soye mentioned that before and Nick thinks it's hilarious if they're actually dumb enough to try to drag him in.

I mean he talks to Ron regularly so I wouldn't be surprised. That Agent tweet where he insisted Nick was an agent of Vic, he deleted it. I think he was told something that he was not supposed to tweet about and hopes people forget about it. And that something was Casey was going to try and pin Agent status on nick aka Vic's harassment of defendants

This one is still up: https://twitter.com/shane_holmberg/status/1129921512658620416 (archive as a just in case: https://archive.fo/7dY3j)

Which one did he delete?

I could forgive Shane for having a young wife, but he just has to go and be creepy about it whenever someone brings it up. Whatever happened to the "Gentlemen Don't Tell" rule?
He's trying to humblebrag and failing at it, like everything else in his life.

"Gentlemen" is a toxic backwards patriarchal concept. You kiwis are so problematic, embrace the soy! :D

My "Uh Oh" senses are tingling.

*edit: Point is, why does Shane know what Vic was offered?

"Harass defendants"

How embarrassing is it that Shane doesn't know how words work?

I can't find the Ron Toye DM where he says Vic's new GF is named Beard to save my life, but if memory serves, he mentions in that that Ty, Nick, and Vic will be outed for "their" conspiracy and TI in that very same DM.

They'll try to assert, like Shane says here, that Vic's contract wasn't breached, even though there is no exit clause they can point to for that.

With this, I have a new theory. They're gonna try to assert that Soye's initial sponsorship offering, contingent on Vic's not attending Kamehacon, was a contract in itself, and Vic and Ty Beard's actions to get him reinstated are TI itself. Throw in the Youtubers' media coverage that they were under a gag order for, and Nick in particular's "It's For The Fans!" rant, and they'll try to rope him in as well.

Basically, "We're not conspiring to commit TI! You are!"

A red herring on a lawsuit level scale. These idiots think they're in the right. They need to be disabused of that notion.

So their whole argument consists of "No U"

Good luck, Shoe-Eater and friends. You're gonna need a lot of it.

Wasn't the Vic's new girlfriend is a Beard from the ethics complaint Soye sent to Ty?

Regardless of the success with TI with a contract, Vic & Ty still have the TI with prospective business going for them. The defamation that they certainly committed will still be actionable, regardless of the nature of the Kamehacon contract.

No, I recall seeing that as a twitter DM somewhere. Thought it was posted here, but couldn't find it. Might have appeared in some discord.
