Wild speculation here but maybe because he was acting as her agent which, considering Shane's tweets about her agent contacting all cons would be a great big UH OH.

it's gotta be something a few days back someone mentioned the texts and how Ron talked to the owner on FEB 22. Shane responds with "HAHA I talked to him on the 18th". This is also the same guy who says the Con owner is faking acting surprised in the same texts about a legal investigation. The guy is just trying to get off being right but being wrong

Shane, some advice I hope you take.

You're an ignorant layman trying to argue complex points of law. Stop. Leave it those who actually passed a bar exam.

Second, the people you are white knighting have either dodged service or have presented such a laughably weak court case they are citing Tumblr blogs full of unsourced hearsay in court as their OPENING MOVES.

Even if they do have a valid case, they have chosen a pathetically bad way to advocate it, trying to argue it's genius is something even a layman can tell it's not.
 
And what does it matter if they pressured Kamehacon? They were in breach. There was no exit clause in the Kamehacon contract that would've allowed them to cancel Vic's contract even if he was guilty.

Litigation against Kamehacon was absolutely an avenue Vic could pursue, and probably even win. Contracts are binding on both parties.

You have no idea what he does or does not have.
