I would be, too. Their credibility is garbage and they're lying liars who lie. The only good thing that could come of letting them tell their tall tales to a jury would be if it resulted in perjury charges for them lying under oath.

What witnesses? They can't produce any actual witnesses. This is obvious from their filing. They named PULL as their main body of evidence. They specified one witness "Michelle" whom they failed to provide any specific information and listed as a handle, although Monica was face to face with her in March. We already know her story is fake because the school and church involved were contacted and debunked it. She claims Vic was involved with some Liberty Private school, when during that time period he was with Liberty University, and entirely different school in another location. Oh they also have that stunning showstopper of a witness "A Woman on Twitter". PULL is a perjury trap. The only witnesses they have are their fellow travelers that they will be seeking to throw under the bus. Funimation, Rooster Teeth, Marchi Mark, Sabat, Pull, You Shane! Yeah my friend start giving that some thought. Your bestest buddy Ron is going to be the one who calls you as a witness to provide all your deep knowledge of the industry. At which point the Amazon Legion of Doom is going to utterly destroy your life. You might want to think on that. Just a bit.

Ok who the fuck is Shane doing this for? I mean dumb opinions on twitter are not rare but normally they have fans stoking the fire saying "Don't listen to the haters! You're doing an amazing job!" but literally no one is asking Shane for these big brain takes, any comments are just memes calling him retarded

Ron and Monica have requested a jury. The other defendants may or may not do the same. It telegraphs that they're going to appeal to emotion and that's a risky move.

Shane is still talking about this as though Vic is going to be found "guilty" or "not guilty", which isn't what's going on here.
 
Shane. Shane! I know you're reading this. Vic, for the last time, is not on trial, dipshit. He is the plaintiff in a lawsuit, which requires disposition, but not cross-examination. This is a civil suit, not criminal court. There is no "truth" at stake here; Vic is not defending himself; he is SUING the defendants for tortious interference, defamation, and malice, SHANE!

If I had to guess his motive, it's likely because he is shielding himself from similar, future accusations that he would likely be guilty of. He is projecting his own creepy ass behavior onto Vic.
