One of the best firms in the country wouldn't take these dumbass clients and use underhanded tactics to keep their clients (who openly want their messages revealed) to partake in a TCPA hearing.

Do they? DO THEY, THOUGH? Because so far, all we've seen from them is insistence that MoRon won't be deposed before Vic.

They haven't even bothered to make an argument that Nick and Ty are wrong, despite the fact that they were REQUIRED TO FILE A RESPONSE STATING THAT and the deadline for that response was FOUR HOURS AGO.

"Lawyers from one of the best firms in the country," really...

I hope, for their sake, that I'm wrong about this, and the response is already received and stamped with the date/time and is now just working its way through the process of getting scanned and entered into the online filing system. Because if it hasn't been filed, they're in default. They lose.

Well the fact that he deleted his "Nick is the same as Ron" Tweet should tell you everything you need to know. He's almost always wrong when it comes to the law stuff. Hell his only win so far has been an email address being correct.

Jesus what is Shanes day to day like? I am floored he's still on the frontlines getting BTFO'ed on every post all for internet good boy points. His avatar of him and a baby (which he only put up to try to deflect criticism) makes me think, doesn't he have people who rely on him for like... care? Or does the real father pay enough alimony that he can spend most of his time on Twitter shit posting?
