No, he's talking about Vic's fan club discord q&a that someone posted after kickvic first started. In it Vic said he was going to look into legal action. Shane doesn't have any insider knowledge here as much as he likes to pretend he does. Someone from ISWV posted the discord screencaps on twitter. Of course now we all know that Vic didn't hire a lawyer until later with Ty.

So he claimed he posted them but never did?
if so isn't he just admitting to being a pathological liar?
 
i am really surprised that shane's twitter isn't filled with people throwing all the creepy shit hes said in face up. maybe i shouldnt be, but holy shit. shane, you're 43 and you've said enough that any reasonable person would treat you like a pedo. you should really stop trying to make a name for yourself you're going to lose that trailer you rent if you don't stop falsely accusing people and lying.

He's not worth the time. We're shitting on him because we find him hilariously sad but nothing will actually happen to him over Twitter. He'll just lie to everyone else in his life like he did to get them into his life.

i agree acknowledging his existence is a waste of space, but you know what? out of all the people in this mess who've been accused of shit, vic todd etc, oh they're rapists they're pedos: shane has shown himself the most likely, and only one in this mess to remotely match the description people are painting vic as. in real life he could be hurting someone, or has in the past. and that's enough to hang him by his own standards. he's stupid as fuck, and a braggart who compulsively lies, so he's probably harmless (besides grooming his wife) but it's disconcerting to know someone like this exists.
