Maybe nobody has said "Vic is a rapist," but, unfortunately for your faggot friends, they retweet your parody account calling Vic a rapist, which, according to the law, is the same thing. Also, they accuse him of "sexual assault" which has a very clear legal definition, which happens to overlap with rape. In Texas sexual assault means forced penetration, which happens to literally be rape. So yes, he has been accused by Soye of raping "hundreds" of women.

Imaging Ron couter-sue just to spend all his money on his lawyer making himself judgement-proof, out of spite. It may not be that stupid a plan, comparatively speaking.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if one or more of these idiots file some kind of bullshit countersuit. In fact, I'd be surprised if nobody does. It's de rigeur for a losing defendant. It would be a feeble riposte indeed, though.

You can be certain BHBH have contemplated this scenario in conference and maybe even drafted what such a complaint would look like and how they'd respond to it, and obviously let Vic know it's entirely possible.

Nothing these morons come up with will be a surprise.

I consider Shane to be the saddest, sorriest person involved in this whole thing. Neither side really likes him at all and pretty much everyone looks down at him. It must really say something though that Ron would listen to this guy.

If he wants to wreck his own life so badly that no one wants anything to do with him he can have at it. Part of being free is being entitled to as much misery as you wish to bring upon yourself. Monica won't stick with his useless ass beyond this and eventually his employer won't want to have anything to do with or the attention it brings to their business either.

Was catching up on this thread and there were pages of tweets from Shane ranting about how Nick claims to know what the Funimation investigation says and how Shane never said he knew what it says, and then he goes back to pretending to know how harsh the stuff in the investigation is for Vic?

His hypocrisy, lying, and idiocy are exhausting. I feel sorry for his kids, can you imagine being raised by this asshole? Having this moron be the one to help you with your homework or science project?
