because they fear the same treatment, so they are helping privately behind the scenes. Where do you think all of the insider info, that over time has been confirmed to be true has come from?
Good question "Why not?"
Maybe he should think of it from a first person POV and not a third person POV.

The reason why people would not defend you is because of what they initially see when they look at the situation, you are greeted with a "mob" denouncing that very person and anyone that try's to stand up for him, this leads to less and less people willing to stand up against that mob.
The issue here is that most people forget to keep updated to the situation past the first day they hear about it, this could be a week later, or this could be the same day, this means unless there are more people denouncing the hate mob it'll always swing towards that side.
Another reason why people don't "stand up" for them is because of backlash. Social Media can be seen by EVERYONE, this means it's easy to Dox people, and we know it doesn't take that many people now-a-days to have someone fired for false allegations, in these cases it would be supporting a 'sexual predator' and with the Third Wave Feminist most company's will drop anyone that's a liability.
Jobs in NA cannot discriminate against a persons political stances but personal beliefs get tested all the time. Here in Canada (where I live) you can believe I would get fired if I don't have a union job because it looks bad on the company to be associated with someone that's not with their movement.
Just because you think "consent" should exempt you from any and all legal problems doesn't mean ALL people think like that. It would help if you actually looked up cases where people are just minding their own business but end up going to jail because someone calls 'sexual assault' on them and wins.
The best case I know of is a guy goes into his work cuz he forgot something (leaving his car unlocked because it wouldn't take to long) but when he returns a female is in his car, doors locked and starts screaming help. He try's to get her out but when cops roll up he get's put into jail, loses the case and sent to jail. 5-10 years later he gets out because it was found out she's been doing that stunt for years but no one caught on so he ends up out and she get's sent to jail. Guess what happened to him? He lost everything (family and job) and still can't get a decent job because of it.
So you can't seriously think that what you think is acceptable is what everyone believes in.

This story kind of reminds me of that story where a Random woman took a dads kid and screamed for help and a mob took on the dad while the lady tried to escape with the kid. Luckily mom came to the rescue for the kid.

Okay idiot. Sexual harassment is sexual discrimination with very particular parameters. Even if the jellybean incident offended the crap out of her AT THE TIME it still doesn't meet any of the other parameters, it's nowhere near "sexual harassment ".

Then there's this, what is a company doing investigating anything on anyone NOT on company time and NOT on company property. There's no way for a sexual discrimination to occur.

@Shane_Yes_That_One , sexual harassment is not Beetlejuice. You can't make it appear by saying it over and over again. But you knew that didn't you?

I guess you don't answer anymore because you got enough notoriety here, hell you have your own thread; but I think you're a coward too. I've seen it.

Quit being the used ass wipe you're determined to show the world you are and shut the f$&@ up before you bring down some real world consequences on your family. I don't give a flying flip about you anymore.

So i'm not sure which is worse, the insignificant verbal diariah coming ourt of shane's twitter account this morning, or that fact that ron toye liked each and every single tweet.
