While I finally have an account made on this site I've always wanted to ask - what does Shane get out of all this? Like I get Toye, he's a cuck husband to a staff member who was likely going to be sued so he joined in. It's clearly not because of any like/dislike on his end since he keeps flip flopping on whether or not he's """friends""" with Vic. Is it purely for attention, no matter how stupid it makes him look?

Shane's just some douche that wanted to be special as the guy that knew "everything Vic was guilty of and what he did.", Now that the lawsuits are real, he's still trying to be special, but in a middle of the road kind of way to avoid having what rest of the pathetic life riches he has taken away from him.

He's just a nobody, and always will be.

I was rewatching bits of the Nick v shane stream one of the moments that stood out was Nick laying out how he might set up a strategy for about 10 minutes just for shane to go "Haha what I wasn't listening" and proceeds to ramble on about nonsense. A while later shane starts talking about his hypothetical business contract stuff and Nick interrupts and says its about business prospects just to have shane whine about Nick not listening to him talking. Hes like a living projector of denial and stupidity.
 
So not only does Shane defamation towards Vic, he not only flip flops by stating Vic DID sexual assault people he also thinks he doesn't deserve all of this. Now he also thinks that false rape allegations doesn't happen but only by constantly giving consent can you not get false allegations, he also defamed Ty.
also he keeps on stating things about Vic even though they don't know each other bringing up the question of weather those story's are merely gossip style or not.
 
Shane reminds me of those Area 51 documentaries where they interviewed guys who always claimed they had inside information about UFOs and top secret autopsies performed on extraterrestrials. Of course, it turns out that they were batshit insane, or were disinformation artists paid by the CIA to protect the A-12/SR-71 program at Groom Lake. Shane is nowhere near clever enough to be the latter.
