Shouldn't Vic be fully aware of what's in discovery if Shane is alleging that there is some deep dark secret skeleton in Vic's closet that's going to come out? This guy is like Bryan Dunn, but without the hilarious freakouts

What I think everyone not apart of the main group that he was 'friends' with is, Vic KNOWS EVERYTHING because it's about him. If he did something egregious as they claim then there would be literally no reason to even file a lawsuit, it would honestly have been better to say he's going for legal counseling and do nothing while hoping everything passes by.
The fact he is doing a lawsuit means he HASN'T done anything. Must be hard to put two and two together for some like Groomer and PULL >.>

I dunno maybe i am late saying this or maybe this is obvious(and im just being an armchair psychologist), but I think shane has so much fixation on nick is because he wants to be nick. To shane, nick is someone who came from being relatively unknown to suddenly quite popular. Not only does nick make some decent money, but he has fans. Shane wants what nick has. Shane even tries to pretend to be an expert in legal matters.

He wants to be the legal guy in the kickvic party, but barely anyone acknowledges him except Us and Nick. Honestly it is funny and sad at the same time.

No they are not.
'Shit Posting' and asking questions doesn't make you an agent, we would have had to say/do something Vic explicitly told us to do or know intel that couldn't be found.
Nick doesn't fall under this to as he simply investigated and told some things Vic informed him of to use. He never acted the way Vic wanted him to, nor was he told intel that he should've had an NDA with.
Ron falls in 'agent' because he claims to know intel related to the investigation BEFORE all of this went down making him a potential 'agent' of funimation.
Ron needs to rat Rials out for informing her of details pertaining to the investigation or claim he was echoing his fiance's claim. Both wouldn't help her case.

No way, Jose. By fighting back against allegations it only makes you more guilty because that's what an innocent person would do and Vic wants to look exactly like one.
