Twitter is fucking garbage and if you stay on it long enough it turns you into worthless vermin like Shane Holmberg or lawl twitter. It's like a shitty version of the One Ring that doesn't even give you any powers (unless seething noisily is a power) and turns you into some shitty gollum thing.

Nick is better off being banned and should just quit it. Just feed show announcements to the lawarchive twitter.

Just like a sewer Twitter should be an output only thing, not somewhere to interact with the turds and the sewage.

The longer nick stays on twitter to closer to cow status he gets. he's sperged out hard there many times and while it's usually pretty funny, it'll either be an aneurism or fullblown cowdom ahead of him. nothing but retarded crabs in a glow-in-the-dark bucket

In last night's stream he said that he's sent something like a dozen appeals and Twitter support is now responding to (denying) them within an hour.

Somewhat impressive that he's apparently important enough for them to even bother replying that quickly. I'd guess that at least one of the woke crowd / troons working at Twitter is personally invested in making sure that Nick stays off that platform.

But, you know, they don't let politics influence their moderation policies.

If nothing else, he is still a practicing lawyer and has some family money so they're probably scared of a lawsuit.

Sounds like he should go up the chain. If someone cried to mommy in the appeals to get him banned, go higher up to someone else and force it to be overturned. It's worth it just to piss off whoever called in that favor.

Really? Shane didn't know what Vic had done? Weird. He's said MANY TIMES now that he knows exactly what Vic's done, and that Vic did things that were more accepted back then and just is too dinosaur to understand that things have changed and it's not okay anymore. Not like Shane, who's hip and on the ball, and knows now that he can't do the things he used to do that weren't acceptable back then and are definitely not acceptable now.

I don't. Him and Manjaw are the greatest finds in this shitshow. Lolcow gold, I tells ya. Unravelling their dysfunctions and attempting to make sense of it (and finding out that it is was worse than you could ever imagine) has been one of the best things about this board for months. Just when you think you have them and their shitty lies and manipulation tactics figured out, BAM, they are also a Wiccan sex weirdo. But it makes perfect sense. I just didn't think it got that weird. My bad.
